I started VV.fo after years of being "the tech guy" for family, friends and half the village. What began as favours over coffee turned into a small business built on one idea: people deserve IT help that doesn't talk down to them.
I come to your home or office, fix the problem in front of you, and explain what I'm doing in plain language. If I can't solve it, you don't pay. Simple as that.

Ongoing support for shops and small offices. Priority response, monthly check-ups, remote help.
Seniors (67+) and registered charities get 20% off all visits. Always.

Do you come to my home?
Yes — most jobs are done on-site in and around Tórshavn. For simple problems I can also help remotely over the phone or a secure screen-share.
What if you can't fix the problem?
Then you don't pay for my time. If a part needs replacing or a specialist is needed, I'll tell you honestly and help you find the right person.
Do you sell computers?
No. I don't resell hardware, which means my advice stays honest. I'll happily help you choose the right laptop or phone from a local shop.
Is my data safe?
Always. I never copy personal files off your device, and anything I see stays between us. Backups are always made before risky repairs.
Can you help an elderly parent who lives alone?
Yes, and this is some of my favourite work. I set things up so they feel confident, and I'm only a phone call away if something goes wrong later.
